Your story parallels my own in so many ways. I have just begun exploring natural ways to heal myself on all levels instead of merely addressing symptoms, and I am trying to listen to myself and be guided from within. Not easy sometimes when I want it all to go away at once!
I am currently dealing with several challenges, including 2 herniated discs, a “chronic” illness, and the beginnings of a cataract. (At 43!!) I am aware of some of the deeper reasons (the vision loss came on very suddenly 3 years ago when I moved with my new husband to a place I hated but he loved. We are still here, and I have gotten progressively sicker.) but not others; but the most important thing is, I am focusing on the health I have now instead of how sick I sometimes feel. I have only recently started doing this and have been feeling more peaceful as a result. I have decided not to just keep erasing symptoms because that gets me nowhere.

I am delightfully surprised to find your story similar to mine, MCS, thyroid and all the attempts at healing. So, Esther Hicks was the catalyst for you? For me, leaving the northeast and doing Laughter Yoga. I have been a Laughter Yoga leader for years now and am a coach now too, studying to be a laughter coach! I like to say, Life is good, laughter is great and love is best of all!
