Plus, of course, feel better!
What’s this all about? Well…
Stress is the #1 driver of illness and injury.
So, if you could quickly, easily and dramatically
reduce your stress, would you do it?
I have to laugh when I ask that, because I’m aware of
how well ingrained are my own stressful habits that
just keep the stress going. You know the ones: I’m too
busy! I don’t have time to regularly practice something
that would change my life! I’m too stressed to do
anything about my stress!
Not too logical, but I’ll bet you know what I’m talking
about.
If you’re like me, you sometimes have to wrestle
yourself away from your own attachment to stress to do
anything about it. Even when–and here’s the amazing
part–even when in the past you’ve had fabulous results
with something!
For me, that something would describe an exercise
routine that took me 10 minutes a day and prevented the
recurrence of back pain despite sitting for hours in
un-ergonomically designed plastic chairs all the way
through medical school.
It would describe a way of eating that makes me feel
great.
It would describe daily walks in nature.
And, it would describe “tapping.”
I’ve just had an especially intense month, during which
I observed myself abandoning all the above life-of-ease
practices I normally do, for the reason that I felt too
stressed to do them.
All except tapping.
Tapping was how in 10 minutes I completely eliminated a
common cold that had taken hold a month ago.
It’s how I erased an intense allergic reaction to mold.
It’s how I got myself to sleep when my mind was racing.
And, it’s how I woke myself up to the downward spiral I
had slid into, and climbed right back out in a way that
not only got my health back on track, but created a
substantial financial win.
The method that caused the 24% reduction in
stress hormones, compared with talk therapy
that caused only a 14% reduction, was TAPPING.
Would you join me in something completely free that
could make a HUGE difference in your life?
It’s the 2013 Tapping World Summit!
If you’re new to tapping or have never participated in
a Tapping World Summit, watch this fun, experiential
video about how it works:
If you’ve enjoyed one or more of the previous four
Tapping World Summits, as I have, it’s time to clear
your calendar for number five! And, you might not be
able to resist watching the video with Nick and Jessica
Ortner.
I’ll be back with updates and reminders about this
massive free event that starts February 4.
With love and appreciation,
Dr. Alexandra Gayek
P.S. If you missed the other introductory videos, with
Louise Hay and Dr. Mark Hyman, you’ll find them here:
P.P.S. If you’re a therapist, coach, or hands-on health
practitioner, you could be one of a small group to
participate in something very special happening in
Boulder, Colorado, February 21-24. I’ll tell you about
it in a few days.
