If You’re In Pain, Do This

A couple of weeks ago when I was out for a walk,
my friend Ruthie drove by, screeched to a halt,
and leapt out with, “I have to talk to you!”

Ruthie had chronic back pain since she was thrown
from a horse years ago. She’d tried innumerable
things, but found her life quite limited by the
pain.

“I feel like a new person!” she said, and then
told me about this book she’d read: Dr. John
Sarno’s “Healing Back Pain.”

If you’d like the medical explanation for how
a mental shift can heal the most intractable,
chronic pain, even if it’s associated with a clear
injury or activity, and even if you have imaging
showing arthritis, disc problems, or other damage,
read this short, brilliant book.

It’s based purely on standard medical observation
and research–nothing spiritual or “woo-woo.”

If you’d like to move directly to a method to
eliminate the pain, and get the explanation later,
watch this video:

You’ll see how, in eight minutes, a man with 26
years of intense, full body pain that had not
responded to any treatment, got it to dissolve.
Amazing.

What’s this all about?

Dr. Sarno, a well-respected MD who has worked for
more than 45 years in a facility for
rehabilitating people with musculoskeletal
injuries, found that our common assumptions about
pain representing damage are not medically
accurate.

Your body is remarkably resilient and capable of
healing quickly. Your mind can be a powerful ally,
or can get caught up in beliefs that interfere
with your healing.

You don’t need to be a doctor to read this totally
empowering, sensible book.

When you understand what’s really going on, you’re
free.

One of the things you can then do is use something
as simple as the tapping you’ll see in the video,
because you won’t be sitting there thinking that
there’s no way it could possibly work for you.

(Maybe you don’t need the explanation, but my
thinking generally tends to get in the way if what
I’m doing doesn’t make any sense to me. I like to
get my beliefs to line up with accurate medical
information so my energy is available to just
apply the technique instead of doubting and
arguing against it.)

Psychologist Dr. Carol Look has been teaching the
use of “tapping” to produce all sorts of miracles
in people’s lives. What she does with people
works, and I recommend that you check out this
video.

It’s inspiring, and useful.

Warmly,
Dr. Alexandra Gayek

P.S. The video will only be available for a short
time to those who don’t take advantage of the 33%
off sale they are having on the program this week.

Here’s the link again for the video.

Don’t miss it!

  1. Hi Kris,

Have you read Dr. Sarno’s book? I think that would be a good place to start.

    With appreciation,
