Free Videos: How to Overcome Procrastination, Overwhelm, and that Not-Enough Feeling

Is there any task before you that you just can’t seem to get yourself to do?

Do you sometimes feel so overwhelmed in your life that you can’t seem to get anything done?

Do you ever feel that you just aren’t enough?

If you ever struggle with procrastination, overwhelm, or feelings of inadequacy, be sure to download these three helpful meditation videos to watch/listen to, and tap along with when you need them.

I found each one very, very helpful just to calm, center, and empower myself even when these issues weren’t high on the scale of my awareness. For the one that was especially relevant–procrastination, I quickly got new insights and energy as well as relief.

What I find really great about taking just a few minutes to address these issues NOW is that I too often experience discomfort, and don’t want to take the time to address it. Is this familiar to you, too? Do you procrastinate on handling your procrastination as well as other things that might be bothering you? Do you ever give up before you’ve even tried?

Fortunately, this cure is easy. All you have to do is listen and follow along. Please do yourself the favor of joining Nick Ortner for a few minutes of lovely peace and relief, and maybe a huge turn around in your life!

  1. I think that EFT helps; it is definitely a good tool to remember to use now and then.
For the most part, this is my method:
    1. First I write down in large writing the things I think I ought to do/ must do for the next week (Monday to Friday).
    2. I keep this list always in front of me, perhaps the refrigerator door.
    3. Before actually doing something, I sit down and imagine myself doing it. I imagine any problem or difficulty I might encounter. I imagine how great it would be to have completed the project or item.
    4. I actually focus on and complete the project / item.
    5. I enjoy and appreciate the fact that completed the project / item. This last part, I have found, is very important for me to do. At the end of the week I see all that I have accomplished.
